Private research and architecture for policy-constrained stablecoin issuance, EVM enforcement, and a LiveView control console.

• Wrote the 2026 stablecoin study covering reserve models, MiCA/GENIUS-era rails, and programmable settlement.
• Split the design into a policy language and validator, an EVM enforcement layer (issuance, transfer restrictions, supply integrity), and a LiveView console for approvals and supply visibility.
