SoftGPU — Rust GPU emulation and sanitizer runtime

Developer-oriented GPU emulation for HIP/ROCr — ABI, protocol, functional, and gfx1201 ISA fidelity levels, fail-closed.

  • Built SoftGPU so AMD HIP userspace can talk to a ROCr/HSA adapter and run kernels on a vendor-neutral core in CI.
  • Named fidelity levels (ABI through hardware-conformant); will not claim R9700 compatibility without evidence.
