On-prem FaaS (Lambda) and SNS-style notification

Forked/adapted OpenWhisk into bank FaaS then rewrote with streamed-event triggers; built AWS-SNS-like notification used by 90+ apps.

• Delivered on-prem/cloud-agnostic Function-as-a-Service to cut microservice sprawl and RTB cost.
• Simple Notification Service modeled on AWS SNS — eventually serving 92+ applications.
