phoenix_prerender — static generation and ISR for Phoenix

Build-time HTML for Phoenix routes, plug-served from disk, with Next.js-style incremental regeneration.

  • Render marked routes through the full endpoint pipeline at build time and serve them before the router.
  • Background ISR with ETS locks so only one regeneration runs per path.
