FlyBy — composable data-ingestion pipelines

Rust pipeline framework (Source → Decode → Transform → Route → Sink) with a shared-memory SPSC sink and simulators.

  • Shipped core traits, file source + framing + replay, SimplePipeline, and a FlyScenario product simulator.
  • AF_XDP / DPDK / io_uring / SPDK are declared stubs, not pretended implementations.
